"First let me start by saying, thank you for giving me a beautiful kitchen." It has been an absolute pleasure from beginning to end working with you and your professional team. Starting from the first day I entered you showroom I was greeted with a smile and a helpful caring attitude. You made planning my new kitchen easy and worry free. You took your time to explain all the aspects of remodeling a new kitchen to me from picking out the actual cabinets to countertops, lighting ,flooring, hardware; you were there every step of the way helping to guide me through an area that i knew very little about. This was a big deal for me and my family and I felt that you were as concerned as I was that everything went well.
I cannot say enough about the craftsmanship of the products that you carry, my cabinets are absolutely perfect, my countertops are superior in quality and style and my ceramic tile floor is beautiful. You have chosen your vendors well. I feel they embody the same philosophy as you toward making the experience as professional and pleasant as possible. John, your biggest asset, as I'm sure you are aware, is your employees. Your office staff is attentive to every detail and makes each person that comes into your showroom feel that they are the only customer you have. So, from my entire family, thank you John for giving me the kitchen of my dreams!

Surely you have received countless letters of thanks from many who have had much larger and grander kitchens installed by your capable company. None however can compare with the joy I feel every time I walk into my beautiful little kitchen! I love it all, the cabinets, the sink, the hardware and the wonderful "green" countertop. I have wanted a nice kitchen for a long time John. This was definitely worth the wait! Please extend my thanks to Danae and all your staff and craftsmen for their very professional service. I appreciated my questions being welcomed and answered promptly, the efficiency of coordinating many work schedules, and the talents of your installers and finishers. You have an outstanding company. I wish you continued success. Lastly, the best indication of the trust I placed in you and your company is the fact that I was out of state when you installed my kitchen. Need I say more??? Sorry this letter has been delayed.
I would like to thank you and your staff for doing such a magnificent job on our kitchen remodel this summer. As I told you in conversation, our choosing your company was based on a family recommendation and the positive experience we had working with Cindy on the design. Cindy is by far one of your company’s best assets!!! Cindy was helpful, accommodating and professional. She met with us several times, constantly changing designs to best meet our needs and wants. She did all of this work before we even signed a contract. We met with many other designers, from other companies, who designed plans that didn’t incorporate what we asked for, and showed no uniqueness or creativity. Cindy guided us through the remodel process and made very stressful decisions less intimidating.
When the job had started we were lucky to have you and Clive as our main “go to” guys. Again, we couldn’t have worked with a nicer group of individuals. Your work crew was amazing and everything was completed in a timely manner. Even when tiny glitches came up, you and your staff made sure everything turned out just the way we expected. You constantly reassured us that all work would be guaranteed to meet our expectations. Which it did. The final kitchen is amazing, and we are enjoying it everyday. Friends and family are amazed by the transformation!!!
I’ve included photographs of the remodeled kitchen. We’ve had some computer problems and can not retrieve the before pictures at this time. Clive had mentioned at the end of the project that he would like to come back to take photographs of the completed kitchen. If your company would like additional pictures of the kitchen, or if you don’t have your own before pictures, please let us know. You, Clive, or anyone representing the Kitchen Guy, would be more than welcome into our home to take additional photos.
